90-minute Training

In order to guide the company’s coaches in their individual coaching sessions, we offer a 90-minute training in French and/or English, online or in-person. Two documents will be handed out to the coaches : one with examples of questions to ask in order to structure their coaching sessions with an action plan to be filled in ; the other supporting document is a list of the public institutions and associations the coaches can direct his/her coachee if she/he needs assistance on specific matters. We will also help the coaches identify clearly the areas where they can enrich their coachees’ understanding of the local job market and practices. The migrant and refugee professionals don’t have an easy access to employers and exchanging with professionals integrated in the working world is a great way to understand in what consist advertised jobs online and how they can find their place in the working world.
